Bill Fooks I have been in real estate full time since 1966. I have been a selling manager, a president of the Kent County Board of Realtors, served on numerous boards,done MANY other things (If I listed them, you'd be reading all day, but I'd be happy to tell you about it!), and, my personal favorite, founded the Fooks team. Our team has grown and my position remains as an active listing and selling broker. We have been repeatedly recognized as one of the leading teams in Rhode Island. One of my passions is to mentor and help others become successful and I am proud that over 14 people have earned a net worth of at least a million dollars while associated with me as either their manager or as a member of the Fooks Team over the years. It has been very fulfilling to be in the real estate business. |

Sandie Heilmann After a long career in finance, I made the move from helping families obtain homes to helping them find their homes. I very much enjoy my career and have been blessed with many great relationships. Natalie Burrows I have been involved in various capacities of the real estate industry since 2006. My Passion is for my clients and serving them with excellence in all that I do. Aimee Pittman I love working with and helping others...and talking...I LOVE talking! As a theatre major in college, being a real estate agent is a great fit for me! I have a passion for assisting people navigate through what (for most people) is the biggest purchase of their lifetime. I clearly remember how scary it can be to buy your first home and how intimidating the process can seem. Xander Silva In my adult life, traveling to different places throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East along with learning about and interacting with different cultures has had a profound impact on me. It has helped me develop a strong sense of community. Before entering Real Estate, I found success and enjoyment in the Tree Care industry managing municipal, commercial and residential accounts throughout RI, MA, and CT.
