William Fooks Team Leader

I have been in real estate full time since 1966. I have been a selling manager, a president of the Kent County Board of Realtors, served on numerous boards,done MANY other things (If I listed them, you'd be reading all day, but I'd be happy to tell you about it!), and, my personal favorite, founded the Fooks team. Our team has grown and my position remains as an active listing and selling broker. We have been repeatedly recognized as one of the leading teams in Rhode Island. One of my passions is to mentor and help others become successful and I am proud that over 14 people have earned a net worth of at least a million dollars while associated with me as either their manager or as a member of the Fooks Team over the years. It has been very fulfilling to be in the real estate business.

I love working with and helping others...and talking...I LOVE talking! As a theatre major in college, being a real estate agent is a great fit for me! I have a passion for assisting people navigate through what (for most people) is the biggest purchase of their lifetime. I clearly remember how scary it can be to buy your first home and how intimidating the process can seem. I take great pride that I am able to help my clients through it and take some of the burden off of them where I can.

I have three know-it-all children who, with great ability, keep my feet planted firmly on the ground at all times! I love getting things done properly and professionally while also having fun and a lot of laughs!

I have worked in the RI real estate industry for over 20 years with experience in all types of transactions. I have a passion for assisting all of my different clients to meet their goals using my negotiating skills and outstanding track record. I strive to get the best marketable price on my sellers’ homes and help equip my buyers with my wealth of knowledge. I am a proud mother to two sons who were both married in 2022.

I have been enjoying the world of Real Estate and started off working with The Fooks Team of Coldwell Banker back in 2016. Over the last several years I've worked with a few different brokerages. Outside of working with clients and investing in their best interests, I am an investor of real estate myself; this aspect of my Real estate Journey has been quite the experience and has assisted In giving me more insight on working with clients and what they are really looking for. I am now currently back full circle with The Fooks Team. With that, I am more motivated than ever to use everything I have learned over the years to ensure nothing but complete and over the top satisfaction for all of my current and future clients!
