Our Personal Assistants (Transaction Coordinators) are with us to enhance the experience of buying and selling real estate. In addition they assist our team members in coordinating appointments and smooth out our paper flow, inspections, etc. to help our service.
Our team encourages members to become a part of the real estate investment community, building wealth in real estate and guiding others to participate in the business as well. We encourage our team members to build wealth through real estate ownership with themselves and client partners.

William B. Fooks
I have been in real estate full time since 1966. I progressed to becoming a selling manager for Yorktown Associates from 1970 until 2000. I managed up to 52 associates and our office became one of the largest real estate offices in Rhode Island.
During the 1980's, I was elected President of the Kent County Board of Realtors for two consecutive terms and served on numerous realtor boards.
Along with several other associates, we became the Fooks Team in the 90's to help serve my client base while still with Yorktown Associates.
In 2000, our company, Yorktown Associates, was purchased by DeWolf Realtors and I became leader of a group of dynamic individuals. During that time, our company was bought out by Coldwell Banker.
The Fooks Team has since grown to 10 individuals and my position remains as an active listing and selling broker on the team. We have been recognized as one of the leading teams in Rhode Island.
I am also proud that over 14 people have earned a net worth of at least a million dollars while associated with me as either their manager or as a member of the Fooks Team over the years.
It has been very fulfilling to be in the real estate business.
I enjoy my career for I have been blessed with many great relationships. After a long career in finance, helping families obtain homes, I moved into real estate where now I help them find or sell their home.
Ninety percent of my transactions are by referral. I put myself in their shoes and with all the ups and downs of the process, I encourage and ensure them that we will close, and we always do.
I have been in Real Estate long enough that now I am selling homes for people that once I helped them obtain. I learn everyday that when you go above and beyond, clients come back to you.
I try to please not only my client but also Christ with my work ethic. Every home sale or purchase always works best with folded hands.

She is married with three beautiful children. In addition, she owns and operates a home staging and consultation business, Acacia Home Staging.
